COMMITTEE WORK
We'll take a jigsaw approach to accomplish the major tasks to put on this event.
Major committees include:
(chair indicates the person who rallies others to the cause ... but all pitch in and invite more as needed)


Registration (Brian C. - chair)
    Open registration after April 17 first to all HS students who submitted Slick Rock Film Festival entries.
    Open registration May 1 for all HS students.

Budget (Emy & Scott - chair)
    $40 per night per student
    $250 per week of instruction
    $ ... student workers
    $ ... materials, equipment, snacks (a question is shall we supply FCE, or could it be an optional upgrade?)
    $ ... t-shirts?

Content & Instructors (Lars - chair)
    Instructors ... need at least
    Possible instructors might include:  Terry Gray, Shawn B., Kevin S, Jim Sill, Brian Lucas, Seth Chambers, Mike Eppley...
    Invite channel 30 edit folks to an evening event
    Lars run a seminar for local valley video instructors

Facility (Otto - chair)
    3 Mac labs using Final Cut Express
    Dorm rooms (3 squares included)

Marketing (Emy - chair)
    usual channels including University HS, charter schools & private schools.

Sponsorships (Jon - chair)
    Money or product
